DMR are delighted to have secured the UK’s largest indoor golf experience at The Atrium, East Grinstead on behalf of Panther Securities plc. The new venture, Kings Golf Studio, will offer over 15,000 sq ft of the latest technology, world wide golf course simulations, VR driving range, lounge, restaurant and bar. The deal was agreed and concluded in 8 weeks, and the tenants are on site fitting out. Richard Souber of DMR, said ‘we are thrilled at the prospect of Kings Golf Studio re-invigorating The Atrium, and they’ll be ready to open once lockdown is over. The guys behind the business have been great to deal with and we can’t wait until it opens.’ The Atrium is a purpose built leisure venue in the bustling town of East Grinstead comprising a cinema, restaurants and pub. Richard further commented ‘we were looking for a way to re-invigorate The Atrium after lockdown and we have a number of other exciting initiatives planned alongside the new golf studio, but it’s a great start.’
