About This Project

The Hub is located in Milton Keyne’s Central Business District (CBD). The scheme opened in 2007 and is one of the best examples of a modern mixed use development comprising city apartments, large corporate offices and a multitude of famous brand restaurants. DMR have advised on the scheme for over 5 years resulting in 100% occupancy. Current tenants include Pizza Express, Turtle Bay, Las Iguanas, Be At One, Zizzi, Aqua, Loch Fyne and Nando’s. The Hub includes a large open air piazza, offering all the restaurants terrace areas and providing a feature space for markets and exhibitions.
