About This Project

Kung Fu is owned by HJ Tenger Holdings and DMR have secured all of their 27 restaurant leases throughout the UK. Kung Fu is the largest National Chinese / Pan Asian restaurant Chain in the UK and a number of very prime restaurants have been secured including; The Rotunda, Kingston Upon Thames, Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines and the recent flagship on Earl’s Court Road, London.

DMR advised HJ Tenger Holdings recent purchase of restaurant brand Turquoise, following which two new restaurants were acquired in Eagle Meadows, Wrexham and New Street Shopping Centre in West Bromwich (adjacent to Odeon cinema and Prezzo). Following the success of these two openings, DMR have been instructed to secure a further 10 restaurants within the next 12 months.
